Before transport is scheduled, each party ( shipper and receiver) will need to Consent and Sign our Terms and Conditions Agreement which will be electronically signed and dated and returned to CLN’s website/email.
Transports are booked on a first come first served basis with regard to dates and CLN’s availability.
In order to schedule a transport pet must be able to fit in a soft sided carrier no larger than 18”x12”x12” and weigh no more than 20 lbs.
If Pet is larger than 20 lbs and unable to fly pet will be denied transport and NO REFUND will be permitted. Also if pet is a nipper/biter, CLN will not allow them to fly with our nannies for their safety and NO REFUND of any kind will be permitted.
If two pets are traveling in one carrier they would need to fit comfortably and have enough room to turn and lay. Also, combined pets cannot weigh more than 15 lbs in one single carrier. Failure to comply will result in NO REFUNDS.
Payments are accepted via Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Transport must be paid in FULL before transport date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once transport is booked and scheduled.
Deposit must be paid in order to book/hold a tentative date. Remainder fees must be paid 72 hours before transport date.
Once agreement and deposit are received by CLN staff, we will then work out a tentative date with all parties involved.
24 hours prior to transport, pet nanny will contact shipper and receiver introducing themselves and confirming meet up location.
All parties involved will need to have access to a cellphone with text messaging capabilities in order to communicate properly.
CLN is not responsible if a puppy is or gets sick throughout a transport. It is up to the judgement of the breeder/shipper to let pet fly. Breeder discretion is taken when deciding if a puppy is less than 8 weeks old to fly.
Shipper and Receiver understand our standby protocol and have read and agreed to our protocol under our services tab on our website.
CLN will do everything possible to ensure pet is kept in a clean and sanitized environment throughout the entire transport from pickup to delivery. Shipper and receiver have read and consented to the Pet Sanitation page under our FAQ tab.
Shipper and receiver of pet understand and consent to the Service Agreement on CLN’s website and have electronically signed our online contract.
