Pet Sanitation is very important to us at CLN. Our nannies do the best they can in order to prevent sickness while on transport to their new home.
OPTION #1
If you buy a carrier through us for your pets individual use, ( we purchase through pet stores or online) that carrier will be sanitized with “Natures Miracle Disinfectant Spray”. Unless asked otherwise.
OPTION #2
If you decide to have your shipper provide you with a soft sided carrier of their choice, your pet will come to our nanny in the provided carrier of their choice.
OPTION #3
If you choose to borrow CLN’s carriers for the duration of your pets transport, we wash and disinfect ALL carriers with “Natures Miracle Disinfectant Spray” and wash the carrier with soap and water. The padding inside the carrier is washed with a pet friendly soap that is an Ecologically safe pet laundry detergent.
Once method of pet carrier is chosen, our nannies will then use pet pee pads to line the inside of the carrier, constantly changing them as needed.
POTTY BREAKS
Your pet will be released in a Family restroom for their potty break. The nanny will place several pee pads on the floor away from the toilet and place the pup on top.
STRANGERS
We do our very best to keep your pet away from strangers. We DO NOT let anyone touch or pet your animal. We may allow them to see them from inside their carrier.
FOOD & WATER
Depending upon shippers decision, we will feed your pet according to shippers discretion. ( Taking into account layovers and overnight transports.) Water is always given to all pets unless stated otherwise.
We fly to all major airports. Please take a look at our airport code section under the “About Us” tab.
If your airport is not there, please send us an email, or text message with your two closest airports and we will look into it further.
Our rates vary by location basis. Please please fill out our Request A Quote form and someone will get back to you with rates.
We currently accept payments from Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, or direct bank deposit.
Credit card payments will become available soon.
We are always available to help with any pet transports. Availability does depend upon our current schedule. If you need a transport done ASAP we can definitely let you know what days we have available to choose from.

Yes we can. It all depends on the breed and weight of pet as well as age to determine if 2 pets can be inside of one carrier with one pet nanny.
If the pets cannot fit together due to size and or weight then we can arrange for 2 pet nannys at that time.
